About Hacker Academy

A practical cyber security partner for delivery, support, and training.

Founded in 2017, Hacker Academy helps organisations improve cyber security through managed services, technical consultancy, penetration testing, vulnerability management, and role-focused training.

Company position

Security work and capability building under one partner.

Managed security services
Penetration testing and advisory
Vulnerability management
Role-focused cyber training

We help clients solve immediate security problems while building the knowledge needed to sustain progress.

Our position

We sit between delivery, advisory, and education.

That matters because cyber security improvement is rarely solved by a single report, tool, or training course. Organisations need clear delivery, practical advice, and people who understand the work.

Many organisations know they need stronger security, but they do not always have enough internal capacity to assess risk, interpret findings, prioritise remediation, or train their teams.

Hacker Academy is built to support that gap. We combine hands-on cyber security delivery with practical training so clients can improve security posture while also developing internal capability.

Built by practitioners

We are not a content factory or a template consultancy.

The same practical mindset runs through our services and training. We care about what teams can understand, act on, and repeat after the initial engagement.

How we think

Our approach is pragmatic, direct, and outcome-focused.

We prefer useful security improvement over unnecessary complexity.

Useful security first

We focus on security work that changes real risk, not output that only looks impressive in a report.

Clear communication

We explain technical risk in a way that leadership, technical teams, and operational stakeholders can act on.

Capability building

We help teams understand the work, make better decisions, and sustain security improvements after delivery.

Who we help

Best suited to organisations and teams that need practical security capability.

We are a strong fit when the work needs to be clear, hands-on, and directly connected to risk reduction.

  • Organisations that need cyber security expertise without hiring a full internal team.
  • Technical teams that need support with vulnerability management, testing, cloud security, or security operations.
  • Businesses preparing for audits, compliance reviews, customer questionnaires, or security improvement programmes.
  • Individuals and teams looking for practical cyber security training linked to real roles.
